摘　　要：本文是应用院校研究方法的一个案例研究,目的是要说明如何在高校管理中使用院校研究方法。文章首先介绍了院校研究的基本精神;然后介绍案例,具体说明如何使用院校研究方法;最后从院校研究应用的角度对整个工作做了一个总结。This paper is a case study of institutional research methods＇ application, aiming to state how these methods can be applied in college management in China. It first introduces the basic spirit of institutional research. It then describes the case, illustrating how to make use of institutional research methods and finally summarizes the whole research project in view of the application of institutional research.
