摘　　要：对目前铝及其合金电镀硬铬的工艺流程、溶液的配方以及操作条件进行了研究,同时也介绍了各工艺流程中应注意的问题和镀铬层的检测参数。六种预镀工艺有相近的工艺流程,也有各自的特点;几种工艺方法所获得的镀层均有良好的结合力、显微硬度、耐磨性及抗冲击性能。The technological processes, solution formulas as well as operating conditions of the present hard chromium plating on aluminum and its alloys are investigated, and some cautions for each operation and testing parameters for hard chromium coatings are also described. Six technologies have similar pretreatment and also have their own characteristics, The coatings obtained from these processes all have good adhesion, high micro-hardness, high resistance to wear and high anti-impact performance.
