摘  要:在周期载荷作用下由于振动的影响物料发生弹塑性变形,压实机构-物料系统的恢复力与位移呈现滞回特性。滞回圈的变化趋势反映了物料的变形过程及压实效果。为研究系统的滞回特性、加速度、频率及含水量与物料压实的关系,对专门设计的室内小型振动压实机构进行研究。首先建立该系统的单自由度滞回模型,采用渐近法与数值积分求解与分析该模型;然后将实验测得数据与仿真数据对比,验证模型的正确性。分析表明对于砂土,当加速度高于5g低于8g时压实效果显著增加;当加速度高于8g时压实效果降低;在40Hz^80Hz范围内频率对压实效果的影响不大;含水量在14%左右时压实效果较好。In compaction system, material will present elasto-plastic deformation under cyclical loading due to the influence of vibration and the resilience versus the displacement will indicate hysteresis trait. The trend of hysteresis loop changing reflects the deformation process and the compaction effect of material. To study the influences of the hysteresis trait, acceleration, frequency and moisture content on compaction result, the minitype-vibration compaction system which is specially designed indoor is used in investingation. The hysteresis equation of single DOF is built up and solved by numerical method, and then the measured data are compared with the simulation data to validate the correctness of the equation. Analysis results show that for the medium sand, compaction effect is significant when acceleration magnitude is between 5g and 8g,and the result is not good when acceleration magnitude is over 8g. The frequency of 40-80Hz has little effect on compaction result, and compaction result is very good when the moisture content is about 14%.
