摘 要:对植筋胶的基本力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,不同的胶体类型,其力学性能显著不同;胶体组成成分的变化,尤其是填料的加入,会严重降低胶体的弯折强度和弯曲强度,胶1的弯折强度仅为21.229 MPa,弯曲强度仅为21.914 MPa,难以满足相关标准中规定的胶体基本性能的指标要求。有关标准中所规定的锚固用胶粘剂的性能指标需进一步细化与界定。The basic mechanical property of anchor adhesive was studied. The test results showed that the mechanical properties of anchor adhesive has clear difference because different kinds of adhesive. The change of the components of adhesive, especially the addition of padding, would remarkably reduce its rupture strength and bend strength to the extent that can't meet the requirement of the relative standard stipulate, the rupture strength and bend strength of specimen No.1 were only 21.229 MPa and 21.914 MPa respectively. It is necessary to refine and redefine the properties index of the anchor adhesive in the relative standard stipulate.
