灯盏花素对冠心病心绞痛患者甲襞微循环及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察灯盏花素对冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状、心绞痛、心电图的疗效以及甲襞微循环和血液流变学的影响。方法:95例患者随机分为治疗组54例,静脉点滴灯盏花素治疗,对照组41例,静脉点滴复方丹参注射液治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组心绞痛及心电图总有效率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组临床症状记分改善的总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);用药后治疗组全血黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数均显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原含量明显降低,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后甲襞微循环加权积分值明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:灯盏花素注射液有良好抗心肌缺血作用,可改善微循环,对冠心病心绞痛有显著疗效。AIM ： To observe the effect of Breviscapin on angina pectoris, EGG as well as nail fold microcirculation and hemorrhelogy in patients with coronary artery disease and angina pectoris. METHODS： Total of 95 patients with angina pectoris were radomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group （54 patients） treated with Breviscapine injection and the control group （41 patients） treated with Compound Dansheninjection, both through intravenous drip. RESULTS： The total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group, and the difference between the two groups was no significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. clinic score in Breviscapine group was more obvious than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. In Breviscapine group, the shear whole blood viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, hematocrit decreased after medication, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Compared with the pretreatment, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen decreased after the treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement in nail fold microcirculation in Breviscapine group was more obvious than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION ： Brewscapme injection is a kind of effective drug in treating patients with myocardial ischemia; it can improve microcirulation.
