摘　　要：目的:研究复方黄酮胶囊中槲皮素热稳定性变化,为该胶囊剂有效期的确定提供实验参考依据。方法:采用高效液相法及恒温加速试验法,以槲皮素为测定指标。结果:常温下该胶囊剂以槲皮素为指标的有效期为2.5年。结论:该方法简便易行,复方黄酮胶囊稳定性较好。AIM： To determine the thermo-stability of quercetin in Compound Flavone Capsules in order to predicate the capsules＇s shelf life. METHODS： The quercetin content in Compound Flavone Capsules was determined by HPLC and its stability was determined by the accelerate test with constant temperature method. RESULTS ： The shelf-life of Compound Fiavone Capsules was 2.5 years. CONCLUSION ： The methods adopted in the study are simple and convenient and Compound Flavone Capsules have good stability.
