相对资源承载力分析在土地利用规划中的应用——以河南省商丘市为例

摘　　要：采用相对承载力分析方法,分别以全国和河南省作为参照区对商丘市相对资源承载力进行了分析。研究结论:①在研究时段内商丘市综合资源承载力始终处于超负荷状态,自然资源与经济发展承受着巨大的压力;②商丘市相对土地资源承载力始终大于相对经济发展承载力,土地是人口的主要承载资源;③资源超载比例较高,但总体呈减少趋势。结合土地利用总体规划修编,提出了商丘市建立环境友好型土地利用模式的对策和空间管制措施。According to the method in term of relative carrying capacity of resources,respectively analyzed relative carrying capacity of resources of Shangqiu City, basing on countrywide and Henan Province＇s relative carrying index of resources.Investigative conclusion; （1）General relative carrying capacity of resources was at exceeding than state in investigation period, natural resource and economy development endured tremendous pressure; （2）Relative carrying capacity of land resources was bigger than relative carrying capacity of economy development all the time,land was the primary carrying resources; （3）Resources over freight scale was too high, but its current was decreasing, combining modification of land using plan, proposed the establishment environment friendly land utilization pattern countermeasure and the spatial control measure of Shangqiu City.
