摘 要:为了探讨小麦杂种优势组配与父母本线粒体DNA(mtDNA)差异的关系,以及小麦化学杀雄剂诱导小麦雄性不育与mtDNA的关系,利用RAPD技术对强优势杂交小麦新品种西杂5号及其母本FP2和父本MP2的mtDNA进行了比较研究。结果表明,在50条引物中,有20条引物在父本和母本之间,6条引物在杂种和母本之间分别扩增出差异带。杂种和母本之间mtDNA的差异,说明线粒体传给子代时,mtDNA受到新的核基因型背景的影响,或者受化学杀雄剂作用发生了一定的变异;父本和母本间mtDNA存在较大的差异,说明它们的线粒体基因组成不同,这很有可能用作杂交小麦强优势组合选配的预测指标而加以深入研究或利用。In order to study the relation between wheat heterosis and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) differences of its parents, as well as the relation between male sterility induced by CHA in wheat and mtDNA, mtDNAs extacted from wheat hybrid Xiza 5, its parents MP2 and FP2 were analysed using RAPD technique. Among 20 primers with polymorphic bands between female and male parent in 50 primers,6 primers amplified different bands between female parent and Xiza 5. There were certain differences between the mtDNA of Xiza 5 and female parent. This indicated that mtDNA affected by new nuclear genotype or induced by CHA was changed when passed to offspring. There were a lot of differences between the mtDNAs of female parent and male parent. This indicated difference between their mitochondrion genomes was possible to be used in forecasting superior hybrid wheat.
