摘  要:为了通过分子手段鉴定小麦基因组供体二倍体材料中可能含有的抗叶锈病基因,用22株小麦叶锈菌单孢菌系对23个二倍体小麦材料进行抗叶锈性鉴定,通过苗期、成株期离体鉴定,苗期室内鉴定及成株期大田鉴定,筛选出13个在苗期和9个成株期对至少11个菌株有抗性的品种。用抗叶锈基因Lr9、Lr10、Lr19、Lr20、Lr24、Lr29、Lr35和Lr37的STS或SCAR标记对这些品种进行分子辅助鉴定。其中,材料Y92、Y96、Y168、Y128、Ae38、Ae43和Ae46中可能含有Lr19;Y2009、Y2034、Y2039、Y2049、Y2072和Y2073中可能含有Lr35。所测试的23个材料不含Lr9、Lr10、Lr20、Lr24、Lr29和Lr37。Diploid wild relatives which are the accessions of the wheat genome, normally are the source of wheat leaf rust resistant genes, and are valuable in wheat resistance breeding. The objective of this study is surveying the wheat leaf rust resistance genes possibly contained in the diploid wild relatives of wheat by molecular analysis. Twenty two wheat leaf rust isolates conferring different virulence to wheat were used to identify the wheat leaf resistance of 23 diploid varieties. Thirteen of 22 accessions were resistance to wheat leaf rust at seedling stage and nine of 22 were resistance at adult stage. A series of STS and SCAR markers linked to resistance genes of Lr9, Lr10, Lr19, Lr20, Lr24, Lr29, Lr35 and Lr37 were used for marker assisted identification. The results showed that Lr19 was putatively presented in accessions of Y92, Y96, Y168, Y128, Ae38, Ae43, and Ae46, and Lr35 was presence in Y2009, Y2034, Y2039, Y2049, Y2072, and Y2073. Lr9, Lr10, Lr20, Lr24, Lr29 and Lr37 were not present in the 23 accessions. The results will contribute to applying and pyramiding of those resistance genes in breeding program.
