摘 要:为了研究外源水杨酸(SA)对小麦抗条锈病的诱导作用,以耐病品种斯汤佩里和感病品种铭贤169为材料,用不同浓度的SA喷雾处理小麦幼苗,同时用不同深度的SA处理小麦条锈菌夏孢子。结果表明,高浓度(2.0~5.0mmol/L)的SA对感病品种和耐病品种的抗病性均有很好的诱导效果,但对小麦幼苗有伤害;0.5~1mmol/L的SA处理对小麦幼苗基本无伤害,对感病品种的抗病性有极显著的诱导效果,诱导效果达到47.60%,对耐病品种的诱导效果不明显。5.0mmol/L以下的SA水溶液对小麦条锈菌夏孢子的萌发无明显的抑制作用。因此认为,SA处理小麦后病情指数下降,是由于SA处理提高了小麦的抗病性。In order to study the inducing effect of different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA) for resistance of wheat seeding against stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici, wheat seeding was inoculated with P. striiformis f. sp. tritici after pretreated with SA. The result showed that the disease index of plants sprayed with SA is lower than that of control not sprayed. Significant inducing effect was observed in the resistance of susceptible cultivar to stripe rust pretreated with SA at the range of 0. 5-1 mmol/L and the effect reached 47.60%, however, there was no significant effect observed in resistance of resistant cultivar. The wheat seeding could be injured as concentration of SA was over 1 mmol/L. Under low concentration, salicylic acid could not inhibit the germination of urediniospore of wheat stripe rust.
