成都市新生儿听力筛查模式探讨

摘　　要：目的由成都市妇幼保健院牵头,组建成都市新生儿听力筛查网,通过网络的运转完成全市新生儿听力筛查流程中的初筛、复筛、转诊、诊断、干预工作和信息监测、质量控制等管理工作。方法以成都市三级妇幼保健网作为基础,利用各级妇幼保健网的人力、信息和管理的资源,形成三级新生儿听力筛查网,通过网络运行完成全市新生儿听力筛查任务。结果从2007年1月～2008年1月1年的时间里,建立了由市妇幼保健院牵头、以各级妇幼保健院为枢纽的成都市三级新生儿听力筛查网;全市20个区（市）县全部开展了新生儿听力筛查工作;2007年市中心城区新生儿听力筛查覆盖率达到64.96%;2007年全市共筛查出听力损失的婴儿96名,这些患儿得到及时地干预和监测。结论由妇幼保健院牵头建立的新生儿听力三级筛查网,可以完成新生儿听力筛查流程中的筛查、诊断、干预以及技术培训、质量控制、信息监测等任务,达到有效、经济和快速完成新生儿听力筛查工作的目的。Objective To organize the Chengdu universal newborn hearing screening（UNHS） network.By operating the network to achieve the UNHS protocol,including：initial screening,outpatient screening,refer,diagnosis,intervention,information supervision and quality control.Methods Using the Chengdu third class women and children health care network as base,and making use of the network resource,such as：people,information,management to form the third class UNHS network.By operating the network to achieve the UNHS assignment.Results From Jan,2007 to Jan.2008,there are 20 section（city/county）which have developed UNHS.We have set up the third class UNHS network in Chengdu,in which,the Chengdu women and children hospital is the chief part and all levels of other hospitals are hinge part.The UNHS cover rate is 64.96% in 2007.All of the 96 newborns who have been diagnosed hearing loss have received intervention and been followed up.Conclusion Using the UNHS network set up by Chengdu women and children hospital,we can complete all the UNHS assignment,and achieve the UNHS goals in effective,economical and fast way.
