紫外分光光度法测定盐酸苯海拉明糖浆中主药的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定盐酸苯海拉明糖浆中主药含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在415nm波长处测定样品中盐酸苯海拉明的吸收度,并计算含量。结果:盐酸苯海拉明检测浓度的线性范围为10～50μg.mL-1(r=0.9994);平均回收率为101.4%,日内、日间RSD分别小于1.89%和3.12%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的含量测定。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the determination of the main component content in diphenhydramine hydrochloride sirup. METHODS： The absorbability of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in sample was determined by UV spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 415 nm, and the content of the main component in the sample was computed as well. RESULTS： The linear range of diphenhydramine hydrochloride was 10-50 μg · mL^-1（r = 0.999 4） . The average recovery reached 101.4%. The intra-day RSD was less than 1.89% and the inter-day RSD was less than 3.12%. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the content determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride sirup.
