摘　　要：人类社会已经进入信息化时代,信息化发展水平已经成为衡量国家现代化程度的重要标志。研究报告建立了一套科学的、综合性较强的评价指标体系和评价方法,用以衡量世界主要国家和中国各省(自治区、直辖市)的信息化发展水平,并对中国信息化发展水平在世界的地位、中国各省(自治区、直辖市)的信息化发展进程进行比较与评价,为国家制定信息化发展规划提供量化的依据。Human society has been entering informatization era and the level of informatization has become the important signal to measure the level of modernization of a country. The report established a scientific and comprehensive system of indicators and method to measure the level of informatization of foreign countries and the provinces of China, and provided necessary support of data for national informatization development plan.
