摘　　要：在对上海市老年人口信息分析的基础上,指出老年人口高龄化将是未来30年上海人口老龄化的主流。上海市老年人口高龄化的发展具有顶端高龄化、高速高龄化和规模高龄化等特点。在此基础上,分析了老年人口高龄化趋势对未来上海社会建设和养老模式的影响。By studying the data of the aged population in Shanghai, this paper points out that old elders will be the mainstream of the city＇s aging in the coming thirty years, with the features of fast speed and large scale. It also analyses the impact that the aging will have on the city＇s social construction and the old-age pension system in the future.
