摘　　要：区域信息共享以信息主体为中心是社会与理论发展的需要,西部区域信息的不共享与农民信息能力的缺失迫切要求加强农民信息能力的培育,以农民信息能力提升达成信息共享是在此基础上提出的、激发信息共享源动力的重要举措。The information host-based regional information sharing is the requirement of the social and theoretical development. The fact that the information in the west region can not be shared and the farmers are short of information skill urgently demands that we should foster the farmers＇ information skill. The information sharing based on the improvement of the farmers originates from this fact and is an important measure to inspire the source motive pow- er of information sharing.
