摘 要:近年来,随着公用电话网(PSTN)线路质量的不断改善,通信业务类型和业务量的迅速增加,超高速话带MODEM技术与应用研究十分活跃.本文简要地回顾了话带MODEM技术的发展历程,着重介绍了超高速MODEM性能和采用的各种先进技术.讨论了话带MODEM的发展趋势,指出了进一步提高话带MODEM速率所涉及的一些主要因素.With the constant improvement of the line quality in the public service telephone network (PSTN) and the rapid increasement of communication Service types and quantities, the research on the technology and application of the superhigh speed MODEM in the voice band is very more active in recent years. This paper briefly reviewed the development history of MODEM technology in the voice band and mainly introduced the performance of the superhigh speed MODEM and the various advance technology used in it. Furthermore, the trend of MODEN in the voice band is discussed and some major factors in volved in order to raise the rate of MODEM in the voice band still further are pointed out.
