摘　　要：民国时期,地处西北的甘肃毒品泛滥,肆虐非常。僻处甘肃西部的敦煌也不例外,境内罂花遍野。大面积的毒品种植,挤占了粮田面积,粮食总产减少;农村手工副业受到摧残,农家收入顿减;众多吸食者的存在,斫丧了社会最基本的生产力,土地耕作不足。这些都给农村经济沉重打击,农民离村现象严重。敦煌地区毒品泛滥的原因除政府征收烟亩罚款、地方交通不便和医疗卫生条件落后等因素外,根本原因在于中央权威的缺失,地方实力派的坐大,社会失控现象严重,使得禁政推行极其繁难。The Republic of China time, Gansu Province drug being in flood.Gansu＇s Dunhuang is not exceptional, within the boundaries the small-mouthed jar flower spreads wildly. The planter narcotics, occupied the grain field area, the grain totaloutput reduced, the peasant family livelihood is greatly affected; Rural area handwork subsidiary business is destroyed, the peasant family income cuts; A lot of the existence taking in person, thespall lost the social most basic productive forces, the landcultivation insufficiency. These all give the rural economy serious attack, the farmer leaves the village phenomenon to be serious. The cause being in flood collects Dunhuang area drug except the government besides cigarette imposes a fine of mu, the place has poor transport facilities waiting for a factor back- ward with health and medical community condition, the basic reason lies in the central committee authority＇s flaw, the placereal power faction＇s seat in a big way, the social out of control phenomenon is serious, enables to endure the politics to carry outextremely trouble- some.
