沉淀硬化钢电焊条的研制

摘　　要：分析了焊接冶金条件与钢冶金条件的差别.在此基础上研制成了三种合金系列的焊条,其基础成分分别为Cr-Ni系、Cr-Co系和Ni-Co系.这类焊条的堆焊金属的焊后硬度较低,可以进行机械加工;但经低温时效后硬度可得到较大的提高.The difference between the metallurgical conditions of welding and those of steelmaking is analysed. Study on three types of covered electrode with the alloy system of Cr-Ni、Cr-Co and Ni-Co was carried out respectively. The low hardness of their deposited metals is suitable to being machined after surfacing and can be raised remarkably through low temperature aging.
