摘　　要：独立学院作为一种新的办学形式,在较短的时间内得到了快速发展。如何体现办学特色、保证人才培养质量,成为关系到独立学院生存与发展的关键问题。独立学院人才培养模式特色化的建构途径贯穿了专业建设、人才培养计划、实践环节、教学与评价方法等人才培养过程的各个环节。As a new type of higher education form, the independent college has developed rather fast within a short period of time. How to reflect the characteristic of running a school, guarantee the training quality, become the key problem of the survival and development of the independent college. The construct route of the distinguishing feature of independent college training mode run through the links of talent training, such as the professional construction, the training plan, the practical link, the teaching and appraisal of personnel training such as links, teaching and appraising.
