摘 要:目的建立姬松茸中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法反相高效液相色谱法和质谱离线联用。色谱柱Agilent Zorbax C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇.1%冰醋酸水溶液(87:13),检测波长为210nm,柱温25℃,流速0.8mL·min^-1。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸在2~80μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r值分别为0.9984、0.9976.回收率分别为98、66%、98.96%,RSD值分别为2.46%、1.65%。结论本方法简便,快速,测定结果准确,重现性好,可作为姬松茸中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定方法。OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Agaricus blazei Murill. METHODS The content of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Agaricus blazei Murill was determinated off-line RP-HPLC-MS. The column was Agilent Zorbax C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was methanol-1% glacial acetic acid(87 : 13), the detection wavelength was 210nm. RESULTS The calibration curves for the ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were linear over the range of 2 -- 80μg·mL^-1, the recoveries were 98.66 % and 98.96 % with RSD 2.46 % and 1.65 %, respectively. CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate. It will be used for the determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Agaricus blazei Murill.
