摘　　要：根据专利联盟中各参与方之间的契约、专利联盟的属性、专利联盟成员的属性等专利联盟基本要件,分析这些专利联盟要件对专利联盟中组织的专利战略可能产生的影响.本文认为这些要件将对联盟中企业的专利战略产生直接或间接影响,并得到了部分假设.It explores that the key components of a patent pool would do what influences on pool members＇ patent strategy, The key components include the contracts between each party participating in the pool, the nature of the pool and the pool member. It concluded that the key components worked on the patent strategy of pool members directly and indirectly, and some hypothesis is also brought out.
