东海近岸沉积物中生物硅的分布

摘　　要：在对测定沉积物中生物硅常用的连续提取法的条件进行详细的摸索,保证数据的可靠性(在特定的离心条件下,多次测定结果表明:试验组数据的标准偏差为0.029和0.036,相对标准偏差为2.41%和3.03%,方法的精密度较高)的基础上,对现场采集的东海近岸沉积物中生物硅的含量进行了测定,结果表明:2005年东海近岸表层沉积物中生物硅的含量呈现近岸低、远岸略高的趋势,东海沉积物中生物硅含量在0.7%～1.6%之间,与表层水体叶绿素的含量呈现正相关关系。其在柱状样中的垂直变化呈现先增加后降低的趋势,与该海域水体的浮游植物历史变化有一定的关系。The condition of determining biogenic silica was improved in operational details in this study. The precision of this method is high. The results of two experimental groups show that： the standard deviations are 0.029 and 0.036, and relative standard deviations are 2.41% and 3,03%, which insure the data credible. When the samples of sediment of the East China Sea were analyzed, the content of the biogenic silica ranged from 0.7% to 1.6%, and the vertical distribution of biogenic silica can reflect the historical occurrence in this area. And the content of biogenic silica has positive relationship with the content of chlorophyll.
