摘 要:以褐煤为原料,在较温和的反应温度(≤110℃)和氧压(≤0.5MPa)条件下,利用正交实验法考察了反应温度、氨水浓度、氧压、固含率对褐煤氧化氨解反应产物中总氮含量的影响。结果表明,反应温度对产物中的总氮含量影响最大,其次是氨水浓度和氧压,固含率影响最小。实验得到了褐煤氧化氨解反应较合适的工艺条件。Effect of reaction temperature, concentration of ammonia, pressure of oxygen and solid holdup on the content of total nitrogen in the product produced by ammoxidation of brown coal were studied in mild reaction temperature ( ≤110℃)and pressure of oxygen (≤0.5MPa) using quadrature experiments. The results indicated that reaction temperature had the most effect on the content of total nitrogen, then the concentration of ammonia and pressure of oxygen, and the solid holdup had little effect on the experimental results. The relatively appropriate process conditions of ammoxidation of brown coal was found by these experiments.
