摘 要:在干燥作业等高温过程中,常用到温度高于100℃的高温湿空气,如纺织厂浆纱机的热风烘燥过程。此时湿空气温度较高,超过了对应大气压下的饱和温度,由于水蒸气的分压力较高,分子间作用不能忽略,如果按理想气体计算会产生误差。把此时湿空气看成是两种实际气体的理想混合物,引入维里方程后,推导出了湿空气应用于干燥作业时焓的计算方程,从而可以得到更为准确的数据。In high-temperature processes such as drying operations, moist air of temperatures over 100℃ is often used, e.g. the air-drying process of the sizing machine in the textile mill, etc. In this case the temperature of the moist air is relatively high and over the saturation temperature at the corresponding atmospheric pressure. Since the partial pressure of the water vapor is high and the intermolecular interactions can not be neglected, errors occur when we regard the moist air as an ideal gas during calculation. In this paper, the moist air is taken as an ideal mixture of two real gases. An equation for estimating the enthalpy of the moist air in drying operations was derived after introducing the Virial equation, and more accurate data may thus be expected from it.
