摘　　要：目的:对内蒙古执行《HU中国中西部妇幼卫生合作项目》的实施效果进行全面的评价,客观评价HU项目实施以来所取得的成效。方法:以内蒙古五个项目旗县的目标人群作为总体,随机抽取了三个项目旗县进行调查评估。通过个人深入访谈、问卷调查及健康知识测试等方式进行综合分析。结果:HU项目以提高妇女和儿童的健康水平为目的做了大量的工作,解决了项目开展地区的妇幼保健机构设备少,能力不足的基本问题,提高了业务范围和专业技术能力并增强了目标人群的预防保健意识和健康知识。结论:本研究可以为项目成果进一步推广及促进妇幼卫生事业的发展提供科学依据。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the HU cooperative project conceming health of maternity and children by putting in practice in Midwest of China completely and objectively since putting it into practice in Inner Mongolia. Methods：The synthetic analysis considering the target crowd as the population were completed from five regions in Inner Mongolia, three of which were randomly sampled to carry on investigation and valuation, Analysis is carried on by thorough personal interview, questionnaire and the healthy knowledge test etc. Results： HU project has solved the basic problems of shortage of equipments and inability in maternity and children health care organization and have done a great deal of work to raise the healthy level of maternity and children. The project has also expanded the business scope and increased professional abilities to strengthen the prevention consciousness and healthy knowledge of the target crowd. Conclusion：This research could provide scientific evidences for the development of the maternity and children hygiene.
