摘 要:目的:初步探讨敌百虫(dipterex,Dip)的遗传毒性效应及维生素C(VitC)的拮抗作用。方法:昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为5组,即对照组、Dip组、VitC干预组Ⅰ、VitC干预组Ⅱ、VitC干预组Ⅲ。每组8只。对照组和Dip组小鼠每天分别饮用自来水和含Dip的水溶液(5mgDip/mL),VitC干预组Ⅰ、VitC干预组Ⅱ和VitC干预组Ⅲ小鼠每天的饮用水中除含有Dip(5mgDip/mL)外,同时给予补充不同剂量的VitC进行干预,50d后观察其骨髓细胞微核率的变化。结果:Dip组小鼠的骨髓细胞微核率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);VitC干预组Ⅱ和VitC干预组Ⅲ微核率显著低于Dip组(P<0.01)。结论:Dip对骨髓细胞遗传物质有不同程度的损伤作用,即具有遗传毒性效应;适量的VitC具有拮抗Dip致小鼠骨髓细胞微核的作用,即抗诱变作用。Objective:To explove the effect of dipterex on genetic toxicity and antagonistic action of vitamin C on genetic damage induced by dipterex. Methods:40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 mice of each group ,which were control group, dipterex group and B intervention groups of vitamin C. The control group mice were given water and the dipterex group mice were given water containing dipterex (5mg/mL). B intervention groups of vitamin C were given water containing dipterex and different doses of vitamin C . The changes of micronucleus rates were observed af- ter 50 days. Results: The micronucleus rates in dipterex group were increased obviously than control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The micronucleus rates in intervention groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ of vitamin c were decreased obviously than dipterex group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:This result indicated that the dipterex poisoning can injury the genetic material of mice bone marrow cells and induce the effect of genotoxicity and that proper vitamin C can markedly antagonize on micronucleus of the mice exposed to dipterex .
