CRF血清晚期氧化蛋白产物与超敏C反应蛋白的变化

摘　　要：目的:观察透析前的慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)病人血液循环中晚期氧化蛋白产物(ad-vanced oxidation protein products,AOPP)和超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的变化,探讨二者的关系。方法:CRF组以住院的透析前CRF病人36例为研究对象,对照组以健康志愿者19例为研究对象。排除标准:肿瘤、糖永病、吸烟及风湿性疾病,1wk内急性感染和损伤。同时测定血清AOPP及hs-CRP水平。结果:CRF组血清AOPP水平为101.43±53.67μmol/L,比健康人群明显增高(P<0.001);CRF组血清hs-CRP水平(M)为2.44(mg/L),明显高于健康人群(P<0.001)。CRF血清hs-CRP与AOPP存在正相关(P<0.01)。结论:透析前CRF病人存在明显的氧化应激和微炎症状态。氧化应激与透析前CRF病人的微炎症状态有密切关系;对氧化应激状态的干预是减少透析前CRF病人病理损害的重要环节。Objective： To investigate changes of advanced oxidation protein products （AOPP） and high sensitivity C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP）, and the association between serum levels of AOPP and hs- CRP in predialysis chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods：36 predialysis patients with CRF and 19 cases of health volunteers were included in this study. Smoking, diabetes mellitus, tumor, rheumatic disease, acute inflammation and trauma in a recent week were the exclusion criteria. The serum AOPP was determined by spectrophotometry. The level of serum hs - CRP was detected by immunoradiometry. Results：The serum AOPP in patients with CRF was significantly higher than that.in normal subjects （P 〈0. 001 ）. The serum hs -CRP in predialysis CRF patients was significantly higher than that in normal subjects（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. There was significantly positive correlation between the level of serum AOPP and hs - CRP （P 〈 0. 01 ）in predialysis and oxidative stress , both are common features of CRF. CRF patients. Conclusion：Inflammatory status A strong association between serum AOPP and hs -CRP suggests that oxidative stress and inflammatory status may be linked in predialysis CRF patients. The findings also show that management to inhibit oxidative stress must be contribute to predialysis CRF patients.
