摘　　要：光缆线路自动监测系统是电信管理网中传输网管理域的一个子网,在通信网络的稳定运行中扮演着重要的角色。文章分析了传统的光缆线路自动监测系统存在的不足,提出了光缆线路自动监测系统与传输网综合网管融合的方案,并设计了远端监测系统的北向接口。As a subnet of transport network management in TMN, Optical fiber cable line Automatic Monitoring System （OAMS） plays an important role in the stable operations of communication networks. This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the conventional OAMS and presents a scheme for its implementation in the conventional integrated network management systems for transport networks and designs the northbound interface for remote monitoring units.
