安徽淮北地区地下水资源开发利用潜力分析评价

摘　　要：采用1956~2006年新资料系列,在对安徽淮北地区地下水资源及开发利用进行全面分析评价的基础上,考虑地下水系统的脆弱性及基于可持续发展的理念,提出地下水开采区的划分标准及划分等级,提出不同规划水平年、不同年型分区浅层地下水、中深层孔隙水和岩溶水资源的剩余量、剩余程度及开发利用潜力,为该区未来更长时期水资源的合理配置和以水资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。The article adopts series of late data from 1956 to 2006, based on whole analysis and evaluation of groundwater resources and its exploitation and utilization in Huaibei region of Anhui province. It thinks over instability of groundwater system and sustainable development idea and puts forward the partitioned standard and classes in the groundwater exploited area, puts forward the remains, residual degree and exploitable and utiliza- tion potential of shallow groundwater, small opening water in the middle depth layer and karst water resources in different types of years. It provides a scientific basis for reasonable distribution of water resources in the future and economic social sustainable development supported by sustainable and utilization of water resources.
