摘  要:采用多种冶炼工艺制备4J43合金,利用光学显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜观察和分析4J43合金组织形貌和微观结构,对此合金制备工艺的因素,以及不同工艺下合金组织结构变化进行了研究和对比。结果表明,采用电渣重熔工艺的合金组织均匀,晶粒细化明显,夹杂物和缺陷较少。采用此方法生产的4J43合金质量得到明显改善,可以满足用户要求。The 4J43 Fe- Ni ahoy was prepared by several processes, morphologies and mlcrostructure of the alloy were studied and analyzed by OM,EPMA and SEM. The effect of process factors on melting and forming technology, and different microstructure with different process were studied and compared. The results show that the alloy prepared by electrical slag re - melting process (exhibits) a fine microstructure, the size of grains decreased obviously, the alloy also with few inclusion and flaw. The alloy's quality was gready improved via this method, and could meet the requirements of customers.
