监所内拘禁性精神障碍发生的原因分析

摘　　要：拘禁性精神障碍是一组主要发生在监狱或劳教所内的被拘禁者身上的精神病理学现象。了解其发生的原因,不仅可以最大限度的维护和保障被拘禁者的合法权利,同时也能帮助监狱人民警察维护好监所内的监管秩序,做好监所管理工作。Mental disorder in custody is a series of abnormal psychosis phenomena happening on those convicts in prisons or detention centers. Getting to know the pathogeny of the disease may not only help us to safeguard the legal rights of inmates against offense, but also help prison police to maintain the order of the wards and carry out their work of prison administration and rehabilitation of the criminals.
