摘　　要：针对200kt/a硫酸Ⅰ系统转化器一段出现的阻力增大和转化率降低等问题,分析并找出了问题产生的原因,通过抢修采取措施,使转化器一段的阻力值和转化率在短时间内恢复正常,从而保持了硫酸装置的正常运行。For problems occurred in the 1st stage of I-series converter of the 200 kt/a sulfuric acid plant,such as the increase of resistance and decrease of conversion rate,causes for such problems were analyzed and identified,and emergency repair measures are taken to restore the resistance and conversion rate of the 1st stage of the converter to normal state within a short time,so as to maintain normal operation of the sulfuric acid plant.
