摘　　要：青海省是生态比较脆弱的一个省份,每年火电厂向大气中排放大量的二氧化硫,对青海的生态环境造成一定的影响。文章通过对青海桥头发电厂火电机组烟气脱硫技术经济分析以及建设资金的筹措方法进行探讨,总结出一套合理的脱硫方案,以实现经济效益和社会效益双赢,并结合实际提出了建设资金的筹措方法。The ecology of Qinghai is rather fragile, and the thermal power plant releases a great deal of SO2 to atmosphere every year, that makes a definite influence to entironment of Qinghai province. Through analyzing the technology economy of gas desulphurization for thermal power unit of Qinghai Qiaotou thermal power plant and the method of financing, the paper summarizes a suit of logical desulphurization scheme, in order to realize the win - win of economy benefit and social benefit, and proposes financing method combining with practical situation.
