摘 要:对牡丹江市居民参与绿化建设情况进行了调查分析,根据影响居民出资情况的因素,通过聚类分析将牡丹江市居民出资情况分为4种类型,并对其进行Logistic回归分析,得出结论:第1种出资类型的居民有95%愿意出资10元以上用于小区绿化;第2、4种出资类型的居民倾向于10~30元的出资金额;第3种出资类型的居民有85%选择出资5~30元。最后,提出可通过文化程度和人均月收入水平这2个主要影响因素对小区居民出资情况进行聚类分析,找出不同类型居民参与自愿供给的行为规律,根据居民出资类型来判断筹集城市森林经济补偿资金,确定比较符合受益者支付意愿的支付额度。After a careful analysis of the survey data with Mudanjiang Residents'voluntary provision of ecological services, according to factors that affect residents'willingness to pay and by means of duster analysis, this paper divided residents within Mudanjiang city's payment limit into four types. Logistic regression analysis was also used to help learned that 95% of residents belonging to the first type pay more than 10 yuan on community greening, residents falling into the second and the fourth types tend to pay money ranging from 10 to 30 yuan, 85% of residents remaining with the third type choose to pay 5 to 30 yuan differently. At last some suggestions were proposed, which is, two main factors, education level and family income per capita per month, can be used in cluster analysis, helping governors to find out rules that people spent money on community greening, and thus decide the compensation for urban forest and the payment limit satisfying beneficiary, according to the types of payment.
