摘  要:以石煤提钒水浸—离子交换所得富钒液为研究对象,分析了富钒液中钒及杂质含量,以及酸性铵盐沉钒pH值、温度、时间、铵盐类型和加铵系数等因素对制备高纯V2O5的影响。试验结果表明,采用酸性铵盐沉钒,在最佳工艺条件下可制备高纯度粉体V2O5。Taking vanadium-rich liquor produced by water leaching of stone-coal and ion exchange process as an object of the study, an experimental research on preparation of high-purity V2O5 from vanadium-rich liquor is carried out. The contents of vanadium and impurities in the liquor are analyzed, and the effects of some factors, such as pH, temperature, time, the type of ammonium salts and ammonium coefficient on preparation of high-purity V2O5 are examined. The experimental results indicated that under optimal technological conditions, using acidic ammonium salt for precipitating vanadium, the high-purity V2O5 powder can prepared.
