精确化装补球方法的应用研究

摘　　要：云南大红山铜矿Ⅲ系列及狮子山铜矿的磨矿采用增产降耗新方法——精确化装补球方法后，获得了显著的增产、节能、降耗效果：大红山铜矿增产60％以上，节能30％-46％，球耗降低10％-19％，年节支总额1032．72万元；狮子山铜矿增产8．7％，节能达20％以上，球耗的降低达30％以上，年节支总额300万元。应用效果证明，精确化装补球方法具有较好的应用及推广价值。After the new accurate ball-load-addition method is adopted, the obvious economic effects of energy-saving, consumption-decreasing and production-increasing are attained in grinding operation of Shizishan copper mine. And,in Dahongshan copper mine, the production-increasing is reached by over 60%, the energy consumption is saved by 30% - 46% and the ball consumption is decreased by above 30%. The production expenses can annually saved by 3 millions. The applied investigations proved that the accurate ball-load-addition method has better popularizing value.
