摘 要:云南大红山铜矿Ⅲ系列及狮子山铜矿的磨矿采用增产降耗新方法——精确化装补球方法后,获得了显著的增产、节能、降耗效果:大红山铜矿增产60%以上,节能30%-46%,球耗降低10%-19%,年节支总额1032.72万元;狮子山铜矿增产8.7%,节能达20%以上,球耗的降低达30%以上,年节支总额300万元。应用效果证明,精确化装补球方法具有较好的应用及推广价值。After the new accurate ball-load-addition method is adopted, the obvious economic effects of energy-saving, consumption-decreasing and production-increasing are attained in grinding operation of Shizishan copper mine. And,in Dahongshan copper mine, the production-increasing is reached by over 60%, the energy consumption is saved by 30% - 46% and the ball consumption is decreased by above 30%. The production expenses can annually saved by 3 millions. The applied investigations proved that the accurate ball-load-addition method has better popularizing value.
