摘  要:目的探索显示肠神经系统的肠整装撕片简便染色方法.方法分别用硝酸银、亚甲基蓝、焦油紫对大鼠小肠整装撕片进行染色,光镜观察比较.结果硝酸银染色具有清晰度好,标本保存时间长优点,但耗时长,操作复杂;亚甲基蓝染色操作简单,染色时间短,但需要精确控制,标本保存时间也最短;焦油紫染色简单易行,染色时间适应跨度长,标本保存时间较长.结论焦油紫染色显示消化管壁神经元简便有效,适用于教学和科研.A briefness method for showing the histological structure of the enteric nervous system (ENS) in the whole mount is explored. The whole mount stretch preparation of the small intestine, segment from rats was stained with silver nitrate, methylene blue and cresyl violet respectively, then checked the myenteric and submucosal ganglia earmarked with optic microscope. The samples stained with AgNO3 were/the clearest and could be preserved well for a long time, but that method was very complex and need the longest time. The operation of staining with methylene blue was simple and took the shortest time which must be tender precise control, and the time of preservation was the shortest in the three operation. The operation of staining with cresyl violet was simple as well as staining with methylene blue, the time span for staining is long, and the time of preservation was longer than staining wtih methylene blue. It was concluded that staining with cresyl violet was a simple and effective method to show the neurons in the gut wall, and to be suitable for teaching and scientific research.
