居住建筑单元能耗标识工况研究

摘　　要：单元能耗标识是将居住建筑单元热性能定量化的一种表示方法。与节能评估不同,单元能耗标识可充分体现不同建筑单元之间的能耗差别,这为节能建筑评价提供了另一种行之有效的方法。从上海地区居住建筑能耗调查入手,通过分析得到了较为合理的、能够符合上海地区建筑居住模式的单元能耗标识工况。为验证该工况的有效性,本文对某一建筑进行了单元能耗标识试点,并将标识数据与调查结果进行了对比。结果显示,该标识工况能够较准确地反映建筑的热性能,从而为上海市居住建筑单元能耗标识工作的推广奠定了坚实的基础。Labeling the energy consumption of the apartment is one quantitative mode to indicate the thermal performance of residential buildings and can show clearly the difference of the energy consumption between different apartments, against with the building energy efficiency evaluation, and therefore is an effective method to be used to evaluate whether one buildings is energy efficient or not. In this paper, the energy consumption labeling condition of Shanghai residential apartment is got by carrying out the building energy consumption questionnaire and the data analysis. In order to validate the effective of the labeling condition, one apartment experiment on energy labeling is introduced and the compare between the calculate data and survey results is carried out. The results show that the apartment energy labeling condition put forward in this paper can be used to accurately indicate the building thermal performance and provide the basis for spreading out the energy consumption labeling for residential apartment in Shanghai.
