摘 要:对34株大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae)新疆分离物进行了毒力鉴定,发现新疆疫区大豆疫霉菌毒力结构复杂,不同地块之间、同一地块不同大豆疫霉菌分离物间都存在毒力差异。用7个不同毒力的分离物接种鉴定了19个新疆地区栽培大豆品种(系)的抗病性,其中10个品种(系)表现较好的抗性。: Phytophthora root rot caused by Phytophthora sojae is one of the most destructive diseases of soybean. This disease has been reported in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In this study,34 isolates of P.sojae were isolated from soils collected from 7 soybean fields in different areas. Virulence of the isotares was identified by inoculating a set of standard differential cultivars or lines carrying single Rps gene. The results indicated that virulence composition of P. sojae population was complex in Xinjiang,there were great virulence difference among different areas, different fields, or in the same field. Disease resistance of 19 soybean cultivars or lines from Xinjiang were identified,by 7 different isolates with different virulence, among which 10 soybean cultivars or lines performed better resistance.
