本钢3号高炉易地大修工程炼铁工艺设计

摘　　要：对本钢3号高炉易地大修工程炼铁工艺设计进行了总结。设计采用新型串罐无料钟炉顶、全炉身冷却薄壁内衬结构、关键部位采用铜冷却壁、UCAR热压小块炭砖加陶瓷杯的炉缸结构、高温长寿内燃式热风炉配双预热装置、环保型INBA炉渣处理系统、烟煤浓相喷吹等一系列新工艺与新技术。he experiences in Benxi iron ＆ steel group Co. No. 3 BF design were concluded. Some new advanced technologies were applied at Benxi steel No. 3 BF, such as bell-less top with parallel,inner liner structure of BF proper stave, the key compoment used copper stave , UCAR hot pressed carbon brick and hearth made up of ceramic cup, high temperature long campaign internal combustion hot air stove and twist preheating device, envirment-friendly of INBA slag treatment system, bituminous coal dense - phase injection and so on.
