摘  要:金龙4井为准噶尔盆地中拐-五八区的一口重点探井,其主要储层为二叠系的佳木河组,佳木河组地层由碎屑岩和火山岩-火山碎屑岩组成,储层孔隙度和渗透率总体偏低、非均质性强,局部渗透率较高井段对气藏产能贡献大。因此,钻井过程中及时发现和保护高渗透储层是该井油气层保护的重点。通过对佳木河组储层进行敏感性评价实验,认为该井储层的损害类型是水锁、水敏及偏强酸敏。确定采用欠平衡钻井和油基钻井液技术保护储层。在储层三压力剖面预测的基础上,依据金龙4井邻井试油数据和气液两相流力学模型,计算出井底欠压值为4~6MPa。通过实验优选出最佳的油基钻井液配方,其性能完全满足欠平衡钻井和保护油层的要求。并对金龙4井采用欠平衡钻井和油基钻井液技术的应用情况进行总结,为今后该地区采用这种技术提供参考依据。Well Jinlong-4 is a key exploration well located in the Block Zhongguai-58 in Junggar Basin,Xinjiang,with its target zone being the Jiamuhe Formation of Permian,which is composed of clastic rock and volcanic rock-volcaniclastic rock.The heterogeneous reservoir porosity and permeability are smaller by and large,and the local permeability played a more important role in the well productive capacity.Laboratory research on the reservoir rock samples showed that permeability of the reservoir is sensitive to water(including water block) and acids.To minimize reservoir damage,under balanced drilling was recommended.Based on the data from offset wells,the bottom hole underbalance pressure was 4-6 MPa.An oil base mud with required low density was formulated based on laboratory studies,and field practice was successful.
