速率法、丙酮酸氧化酶法与微板赖氏法检测ALT的对比试验

摘  要:目的:为血站筛查ALT选择较准确可靠的试验方法提供试验依据.方法:由内蒙古通辽市中心血站提供的63份ALT含量不同的血浆标本进行速率法(简称S法)、丙酮酸氧化酶法(简称B法)与微板赖氏法(简称L法)比较.结果:L法、S法、B法的中值定值血清(接近血站的判断标准),板内变异系数依次为7.03%、3.98%、2.47%;L法、S法、B法的中值定值血清板间变异系数依次为7.86%、5.75%、5.50%.结论:微板丙酮酸氧化酶法可以作为血站筛查ALT的方法.Objective. To provide the proof for the accurate and reliable method to detect ALT in blood bank. Methods: The contents of ALT in 63 plasma samples supplied by Tongliao city central blood bank were detected via velocity method (S method), pyruvate oxidase method ( B method ) and micro-plate Reitman Frankel assay ( L method ). Results : Intragroup coefficient of variation for the midvalue of evaluated serum ( approximate to the criterion of the blood bank ) for L method, S method and B method was 7.03 %, 3.98 % and 2.47 % respectively. Intergroup coefficient of variation for the midvalue of evaluated serum for three methods was 7.86 % , 5.75 % and 5.50 % respectively. Conclusion. Micro-plate pyruvate oxidase method can be applied as a screening method for ALT in blood bank through the analysis on the three methods.
