单项体育赛事志愿者管理模式的研究

摘　　要：通过对中美、美巴对抗赛,第二届世界聋人篮球锦标赛(世聋赛)、第三届斯坦科维奇洲际篮球杯赛(斯杯)志愿者管理研究,分析美国NBA志愿者管理模式和国际篮球联合会志愿者管理模式,进而分析在重大单项体育赛事的志愿者管理模式,为我国今后的单项体育赛事志愿者管理提供理论依据。The assay researched on the management of volunteers through the following events which were the Sino- US, US-Brazil match, the second World Deaf Basketball Championships （World Deaf Match）, the third Stankovic Basketball Intercontinental Cup （Stankovic Cup） , and analyzed the volunteer management mode of the NBA and the International Basketball Federation management in order to further analysis of major individual sports events in the volunteers management mode with the purpcv, e of providing a theoretical basis for the management of volunteers in individual sports events of our country in the future.
