摘　　要：中国传统的政治社会模式是国家单向主导社会。改革开放以来,尽管这一模式在整体格局上没有根本的变化,但它已经在向国家与社会的互动方向演化。中国共产党适时提出的新的治国理念,推动了这一演化进程。The political and social mode of Chinese traditional society is that the state dominated the society unilaterally. This mode has changed into the mode of the interaction between the state and the society although it isn＇t changed wholly yet. CPC puts forward a new ruling idea in a proper time and promotes this change.
