摘 要:目的考察稀释成不同浓度的奥美拉唑溶液的稳定性。方法分别用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液将静脉滴注用奥美拉唑制剂(洛赛克和奥西康)稀释成0.08、0.16、0.4、0.8g·L^-1浓度的溶液,采用高效液相色谱法和pH值测定法于0、1、2、4、8h,测定奥美拉唑的含量和pH值。结果采用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释的奥美拉唑制剂的pH值变化范围为8.32~9.84;采用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释奥美拉唑制剂的pH值变化范围为7.84~9.68,8h内所有样品含量无显著性变化。结论采用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液配制奥美拉唑静脉滴注液,在浓度大于0.08g·L^-1时,8h内溶液可保持稳定。Aim To study the stability of omeprazole injection with different concentrations. Method Omeprazole was diluted with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection to the concentration of 0.08,0.16,0.4 and 0.8 g · L^-1. The content and pH value of omeprazole were determined at 0,1,2,4 and 8 h. Result The pH value was 8.32 - 9.84 and 7.84 - 9.68 diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection respectively, and no significant variation of content as found in experimental time. Conclusion Omeprazole solution which was diluted with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection can be stable in 8 hours when the content is more than 0.08 g · L^-1.
