摘　　要：目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定清火片中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法采用SUPELCOWAX^TM-10毛细管柱（30m×0．53mm，1．0μm），FID检测器，柱温110℃，以萘为内标，按内标法计算薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑在19．62～196．25μg（r=0．9993）范围内有较好线性关系，平均加样回收率为97．5％，RSD=1．2％（n=6）。结论该方法简便快速，结果准确，可以有效控制该药品的质量。Aim To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in Qinghuo tablet. Methods The SUPELCOWAX^TM - 10 capillary column （30 m × 0.53 mm, 1.0 μm）was used, and the detector was FID. The column temperature was 110℃, and naphthaline was selected as internal standard. The assay of menthol was calculated by internal standard method. Results Under this condition, the linearity relationship of menthol in the concentration range of 19.62 - 196.25μg was good （ r = 0. 9993 ）. The average recovery was 97.5 % with RSD of 1.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusions The method is convenient, rapid, and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the drug.
