摘　　要：目的探讨如何进一步完善摆药工作,提高摆药的速度,增加摆药的准确性,进而为患者安全用药提供保障。方法引进和完善计算机网络,使摆药工作得到明显的改进,速度取得大幅度的提高。结果药师成为摆药工作的核心,能用心去做,并与病区护士作好沟通,共同为患者安全、准确用药努力。结论严格控制药品质量,保证病区患者安全用药。Aim： In this paper, we discuss how to improve the efficient dispensation of drug, so as to ensure the patient using drug safely. Method： First of all, we introduced the computer system and dispensed drug faster then before. The work efficiency has evidently improved. Secondly, the pharmacist plays an important role in the work of dispensing drug, who should do their work with concentration, chariness and patience. Thirdly, the pharmacist should make more communication with the nurse so as to make arduous efforts for patient＇s health together. ResultThe quality of drug should be controlled strictly so as to ensure the safe use of drugs.
