摘　　要：目的：研究灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的化学成分。方法：灰毡毛忍冬药材90%乙醇提取液依次用石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取。石油醚萃取部分反复柱层析得到化合物（1～9）。结果：从灰毡毛忍冬花蕾的石油醚萃取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物：白果醇（1）、正三十烷醇（2）、乌苏酸（3）、β-谷甾醇（4）、正三十烷（5）、棕榈酸（6）、β-胡萝卜苷（7）、3-辛烷基,3-癸烷基二十二烷醇（8）、3-壬烷基,3-十二烷基二十二烷醇（9）。结论：除化合物4外均为首次从本植物中分得,其中化合物2、3、5、8和9为首次从忍冬属中分得。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides.Methods：The 90% EtOH extract of Lonicera macranthoides. was successively partitioned with petroleum ether and ethyl acetete.Results：Repeated column chromatography of the ethyl acetete fraction afforded the following compounds（1-9）：ginnol（1）,triacontanol（2）,ursolic acid（3）,β-sitosterol（4）,triacontane（5）,palmitic acid（6）,β-daucosterol（7）,3-decyl-3-octyldocosan-1-ol（8）, 3-dodecyl-3-nonyldocosan-1-ol（9）.All compounds except 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time while compounds 2,3,5,8 and 9 are their first time been isolated from genus Lonicera.
