摘　　要：目的:研究莎草科植物香附的化学成分。方法:用色谱法分离化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物:大黄素甲醚(1)、十六烷酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、豆甾醇(4)、Catenarin(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)。结论:化合物1、4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Rhizoma Cyperi.Methods：The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results：Six compounds were isolated and identified as physicion（1）,hexadecanoic acid（2）,β-sitosterol（3）,stigmasterol（4）,catenarin（5）, daucosterol（6）.Conclusion：Compounds 1,4,5 were isolated from this plant for the first fime.
