摘 要:以油酸、葡萄糖、甲胺等为原料合成一种新型非离子表面活性剂油酸改性甲基葡萄糖酰胺.考察了影响酰胺化反应的主要因素并对产物进行红外光谱分析,测定其临界胶束浓度及在临界胶束浓度下的表面张力值.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:甲基葡萄糖酰胺和油酸的摩尔比为2.5,反应时间为8 h,反应温度为90℃,催化剂用量占油酸用量的摩尔分数为1.5%.在此优化条件下合成的产物在25℃水溶液体系中的临界胶束浓度值和临界胶束浓度时的表面张力值分别为0.046 mmol/L和26.7 mN/m,表明产物油酸改性甲基葡萄糖酰胺具有很高的表面活性.A new kind of non-ionic surfactant methyl glucose amide was prepared by using oleic acid, glucose and methylamine as raw materials. The main influencing factors for the amide reaction were discussed, and the product was measured by IR spectrum, then the critical micelle concentration and the surface tension under micelle concentration were measured. The result was showed that the optimal process conditions were presented as follows : molar ratio of methyl glucose amine to oleic acid 2. 5, reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 90 ℃, and the catalyst dosage 1.5% (molar percent) to the oleic acid reaction. The sample product prepared under these conditions, its critical micelle concentration and the surface tension under micelle concentration in the water solvent system under 25℃ were 0. 046 mmol/L and 26. 7 mN/m, respectively. It indicates that the product had a very active surface property.
